People shouldn't do that to dogs. That just makes me so mad when I hear about it. Cause sometimes dogs don't make it after being severely hurt. I think that this should be stop immediately.

this is sickening, I do believe that people should be punished to the fullest extent, this has to be stopped,,,,humans let it continue and it is wrong...
